Installation & Maintenance

Wet Tech does not provide installation or maintenance services. Wet Tech is a wholesaler that sells its goods to businesses that can provide these services. Let us know if you would like us to refer you to one of these businesses.

Water Testing

Wet Technologies can assist you with all your water sampling needs. We work with the most reputable and accurate laboratories in the Western Cape to give you the best water testing results. Feel free to submit water samples directly to Wet Technologies, once results are received recommendations can be made regarding your water treatment needs.

Customized Systems

While Wet Tech offers a selection of standard water treatment systems. In many situations, especially larger ones, only  customized systems is appropriate.

We can supply complete systems or subsystems to customer design and specifications, whether it is a one off or for repeat orders. The only constraint is size, which is limited to fit inside a standard 12m (40ft) shipping container.

Benefits of enabling Wet Tech to supply whole systems are minimizing your overheads and reduce import taxes on the equipment.

Warranty & Returns

Subject to applicable warranties, faulty goods may be returned free of charge, and will be replaced or repaired as appropriate, provided the basic conditions of returns are met. Some of these conditions are:  

  • The goods are returned unused
  • The goods are returned within the stipulated times
  • The goods are not physically damaged

Goods returned for no valid reason will attract an administration and restocking fee

Goods returned unused but not in their original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Used goods cannot be returned.

Goods damaged through negligence cannot be returned.
